Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used Coupon Code.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items marked as “final sale”.
  • Discounted items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at 1storefreshfold@gmail.com or use the “Return Request” form on our website.
  2. Provide Details: Include your AWB number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you proper instructions.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. For COD orders, COD charge’s(₹99) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For Prepaid orders, our processing fee of 3% will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item(extra courier charges applicable). Items from the ‘sale’ section or ‘used coupon code’ or ‘discounted products’ are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at 1storefreshfold@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. May be refund or replacement will be offered as appropriate.
